You can un-install the cloudLibrary App by going to
Improvements to the cloudLibrary app are made through app updates. You will not lose your checked-out books, holds, etc.
This is usually the email address and password you used when setting up the account on the Adobe website where you initially applied for an Adobe Digital Editions ID. If you cannot remember your password, you can request assistance from Adobe at this website:
For PC Click on “My Books” at the top of the screen. Once there select “Account Profile” at the bottom of the page. Here you can click on “Log Out Account.”
For iOS and Android, Pull out the main menu, then click “Settings”, then at the bottom click “Log Out of Account.” Once logged out you will be prompted with a login prompt again where you can select your country, state and, library. Enter the ID You want to use for the selected library accept the terms and click Login.
Follow the directions below for your version of the Windows operating system to delete the cloudLibrary ID from your computer.
For Windows 7
Go to the Start menu. Search %appdata%
This should pull up a list of folders.
Delete the cloudLibrary folder (basically just its cache, it is also where it stores an Adobe ID for DRM purposes).
The next time you check out a book in the cloudLibrary and open it, the cloudLibrary will use whatever Adobe ID your Adobe Digital Editions is authorized with. If you do not have ADE, it will ask if you wish to use the system-generated ID or to enter your own.
